Our team of dedicated instructors are each trained in understanding
human anatomy.
Whether you already know us through private Physio / Chiro / OT rehab
sessions or are new to our community, everyone is welcome in the classes.
We believe in working together in identifying areas that may require attention, whilst exploring possible tools to address findings. Some of our participants leverage the class environment to apply insights gained during private rehab sessions, while others prioritise it as a weekly dose of 'movement medicine.'
