Sessions revolve around assessment of the individual's biomechanics and movement. This involves a diagnosis of injury, assessment of the individual's posture, quality of movement, predispositions to injury and muscle imbalances.

Typically includes pain management through manual techniques such as massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, dry needling, strapping and joint mobilisations. Basic exercises are given to manage your improvements.


Follow-up Session

45 mins


Continued pain management progressing toward injury rehabilitation. The goal of these sessions is to normalise and optimise strength and joint range, body awareness, re-injury prevention and sports performance enhancement. Previous injuries and patient specific goals are taken into consideration.

The active performance and rehabilitation sessions are tailored around your posture, injury history, muscle imbalances and goals. Classes are private and progress according to the individual’s advancements.

A deep soft tissue release is suited for sports recovery, injury prevention, sports event preparation, fatigue and
tension release.

Includes massage, fascial release, trigger point release, and dry needling.
